Join Us for a Napa Valley Wine Dinner
Make plans to join us at South Shore Harbour for our Thursday Wine Dinner Series. Held bi-monthly, these sumptuous meals feature avant-garde cuisine, and are brilliantly paired with wines chosen for the discriminating palate. Our next event is a Napa Valley Wine Dinner, and will consist of four courses with four wine pairings. The menu is listed below:
First course: Sole and Spring Vegetable Roulade with Scallops Meuniere and Pernod-Infused Saffron Rice with 2010 Godspeed Vineyards Chardonnay, Mount Veeder.
Second course: Butter Lettuce with Braised Kurobuta Pork Belly and Apple and Pear Salad with 2012 Beran Zinfandel, Calistoga.
Third course: Roasted Provimi Veal Chop with Pearl Onion-Mustard Cream, Spinach Timbale, White Asparagus and Purple Fingerling Potatoes with 2009 Bravante Cabernet Sauvignon, Howell Mountain.
Fourth course: Earl Grey Cheesecake with Blackberry Frangelico Coulis Friandiese with 2012 Trefethen Late Harvest Riesling, Oak Knoll.
